I’ve filled these pages with some of my favourite places, curious discoveries, muddy pawprints, and little adventures from around Emberwillow Woods.

Moonpetal Lake looks peaceful during the daytime… but at night the water glows so brightly it almost looks like the stars have fallen into the lake. I slipped off the jetty here once while trying to catch a floating moonpetal. Delilah laughed for ages.

The leaves around this tree glow brightest just before bedtime. I tried collecting a few once, but they made my satchel smell like maple syrup for three whole days.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If anyone finds my missing honeyberry sandwiches, please return them immediately.
Fenris says the squirrels probably took them.
I still think it was the goats.
The goats up near Frostfire Peaks are some of the grumpiest creatures in Emberwillow Woods. One of them chased me halfway down the mountain after I accidentally sat on his favourite snowberry bush.
Fenris said I should have apologised. I thought running was quicker.

Glowoak Glade is one of the quietest places in the woods. Tiny golden lights drift through the branches at sunset, and everything goes so still you can hear the leaves whispering above your head.
I once fell asleep here after eating too many honeyberry buns and woke up covered in tiny glowing flower petals.
